Yes, we need to get the stuff that Neil has and mark if off on the spreadsheet, and everyone else who has ¡°stuff¡± needs to update the spreadsheet accordingly.
That's one of the key things - to get the gear from Neil, and maybe to the pickup with the spreadsheet so we can start to confirm where things are.

It was not humor. I apologize if it came across that way, as it was
not my intent.
I see nothing humorous about what is happening.
It was sincere concern that I had not heard form the NWS,? in
months.
Each day brings news of another federal department that faithfully
serve everyday Americans being decimated.
The shutting down message is a fact of life right now.
The e-mail I received form the NWS clearly indicates they
are also concerned about being here next month.
Nothing about what is being done to America is humorous, or
positive, in any way, to me.
If it came across as humor, it may have been because I was trying to
overcompensate to not feel shut down and decimated myself by what I
see going on. As this is not the place, I'll keep my personal
worries and how this is affecting my family, to myself.

Last night I noted that I had not heard form the NWS in several
months and was concerned that, with the employee firings throughout
the federal departments, the NWS may have already been affected,
specifically as it is one of Project 2025's goals to break up NOAA,
and get rid of the NWS.
I received confirmation of their concern about still being here as
well,
but yet still continued commitment to serve, barring being shut down
before then.
So February is still the NWS, but I'll have a backup in my pocket if
the NWS gets cancelled and sent home, like the 3,400 Forestry

If you need any help with the promotional flyer for new hams, feel free to reach out. With BJ's lists, Rob's ideas, and Lonnie's design skills, I think this should come together very nicely.

Re: NWS presentation for Plano Amateur Radio Klub
Last night I noted that I had not heard form the NWS in several
months and was concerned that, with the employee firings throughout
the federal departments, the NWS may have already been affected,
specifically as it is one of Project 2025's goals to break up NOAA,
and get rid of the NWS.
I received confirmation of their concern about still being here as
well,
but yet still continued commitment to serve, barring being shut down
before then.
So February is still the NWS, but I'll have a backup in my pocket if
the NWS gets cancelled and sent home, like the 3,400 Forestry
Service workers.

Hi Anthony!
We've got an excellent meteorologist lined up for it for
3/17, his name is Sam Shamburger, I've cced him on this email.
Barring a government shutdown we should be good to go!

Happy New Year.
We're looking forward to confirming our speakers for the
new year and have the NWS scheduled, tentatively, for
March 17th, at 7p in Plano TX.
We have a video screen we leverage for our own slide
presentation for the business part of the meeting.
Your presenter can either just bring a powerpoint on a USB
stick that we load up on the laptop already connected, or
they can bring anything that has a HDMI output to the TV
we use in the space.
