Looking at the Version History, it appears the colors apply t an individual who makes edits on a given day/time.

开云体育I believe if a cell is blank, that slot is open; if you pass your cursor over it and a name pops up, it's someone who used that slot previously, but has since been deleted. ?The sheets are recycled from year to year.
