The programmer already has the codes to send button data to the machine, but he's looking for the other direction. So if someone presses, for instance, the yes or no button, is that going to generate data going out?

The source code for ObjectEditorX is available as a .dmg file from my Fiansa web site. There is a module in there that replicates the front panel of the k1000, receiving and displaying the screen, and software implementing all the buttons.
