KD860: a visit and how to move by road

I hope to start building a boat this year, probably the KD860. I would love to visit a KD860 somewhere in Europe. Is there anyone who would be willing to give me a tour of their KD860? ? The reason I haven’t started yet is the lack of available building space. Belgium, where I live, is densely populated, and sheds are either unavailable or too expensive. I started searching for space near rivers and canals four years ago, but eventually had to extend my search area. This brings me to my next question: How do you transport a KD860 by road? Then what work.needs to be done once it's all transported to the splash zone.? ? Also, link to order plans please? ?
