What is the current number of walk-up (Donahue eligible) permits that
are excluded from the Yosemite lottery? Are they releasing them online
before the date as has been the case in some jurisdictions, or are they
all available on the entry date first come first served at the
Wilderness centers?

I will be coming from the north (Sonora Pass) and the Emigrant
Wilderness permit is only good to Tuolumne Meadows.
