I see avocado in your black bean recipe, which is wonderful for home use.?
However, I've not had success dehydrating avocados, and because of the high fat content, every dehydrating book I've consulted exclaims that avocado should not be dried.?
Does this actually work for you?? What issues, concerns, and problems have you experienced drying avocado?
