I don't have a great chair solution, but I have found that the more I sit on the floor at home, the easier it is in camp. Every day, I spend at least an hour sitting on the floor. It loosens the hips, which helps the hamstrings, and eases pressure on the lower back. Start with 10 minutes, and the following week try 20, etc. One lady I know got rid of all her furniture, and was flexible into her 80s!
