Happy Holidays
开云体育As we wind down to the end of another year, (we close for business this Friday), I just wanted to wish you all the very best for Christmas and the new year. I can tell you now that I do have a release of J-Say planned for early 2024, certainly within the first quarter. To repeat, we are closed from this Friday through to 3 January. ? I would like to thank our beta testers for their work in testing the product. While I do not usually single out individuals, I would especially like to thank Leah Campbell, who is a list member, for her hard work in testing various aspects of J-Say this year. I do not wish to embarrase her, but Leah is by far one of the most accomplished J-Say users I have had the pleasure of meeting. She is extremely knowledgeable concerning aspects of J-Say and JAWS, and she has been instrumental this year in ensuring that J-Say is usable on Windows11. There was a particular problem we faced which meant every single J-Say command needed some adaptation to accommodate Windows11, and Leah was very helpful in providing extensive feedback on that and other features besides. ? Again, seasons greetings to everyone. ? Brian Hartgen Hartgen Consultancy. Our usual opening Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM UK time, Monday to Friday. ? Telephone (in the UK) 02921-051325. Thank you for your lovely Christmas greeting. Much appreciated. Very thoughtful! Please turn your ferocious in the leg briefly to my following problem which has just risen. In the process of transferring out of the Florida division of blind services independent rehab program and waiting for approval for, their vocational rehab program, “the system“ in its infinite wisdom canceled my jaw subscription. DBS, with lightning speed… Thanks to Brian Gaffney… Enable me to restore my jaws license. However, that process loaded jaws 24 with the result that half my (rough gas) J – SAY command don’t work and I get myriad of extraneous gibberish every time I input a command. If I update to Jay – SAY new version does that bind me to upgrading from Windows 10 to 11? I absolutely refuse, based on the experience of others, to upgrade to Windows 11. Too many nasty tales. or can I still say stay on windows 10. If I must revert back, can you offer any advice about how to revert jaws and then make sure “everything is working properly“? I could post that question to freedom, but your rhetoric is better, and your insight sharper. You’re a loyal Hartgen consulting fan in South Florida, Tomec Smith Tomec.smith@... (561) 465–6294. We could have some difficulty here as time is running out before we close, but let's see what can be done.

First of all, Vispero will not be able to help you with this, so that's that. The first thing to do is to send me your JAWS serial number: brian@.... Sometimes distributors do not tell us who the users are. Once you've done that I can see what you've got and whether in fact you can use your J-Say with jaws 2024. Let's work from there. At the risk of sounding like an ignoramus – I've been using PCs since 1981 — where will I find my jaws serial number? BTW your rapid reply is very much appreciated. I will try to reply to anything from you as quickly as I possibly can Sincerely, Tomec. -----Original Message-----
