1.? Open a tube of your choice ? 2.? Duplicate (Shift and D) and close original ? 3.? Image->Resize Resample using: Smart Size checked Width and Height in Pixels Settings: Height 300 Width will self adjust Lock aspect ratio checked Resize all layers checked If width is over 300, resize to 250 and the height will self adjust ? 4.? Adjust-> Sharpness->Sharpen ? 5.? Dropper Tool-> Choose a very light color for your foreground and a medium to dark color for background

The Pattern: 6.? File-> New Width 200 Height 89 Image Characteristics Raster Background Color: Transparent checked

7.? Flood Fill Tool->? fill with dark color
?
8.? Image-> Add Borders Color your light Symmetric not checked Top, Left, Right 0 Bottom 1
?
We are done with the pattern.? Set it off to the side? :)

Back to our tube now :) 9.? Image-> Canvas Size Width 1700 or your choice Height 360 Placement left middle Change Left to 30 ? 10.? Layers-> New Raster Layer ?
11.? Layers-> Arrange-> Send to Bottom
?
12.? Materials Palette-> change background to pattern Material Properties Pattern Angle: 0 Scale: 100 Texture not checked ? 13.? Flood Fill Tool-> fill with with pattern
16.? Materials Palette-> change background back to your dark color
?
17.? Flood Fill Tool-> fill with the dark color
?
18.? Layers-> Properties-> lower opacity to 60-85%
?
19.? Layers-> Merge-> Merge Down
?
20.? Effects-> Texture Effects-> Blinds Width 3 Opacity 10 Color your light Horizontal checked Light from left/top checked ? 21.? Adjust->Add/Remove Noise->Add Noise Settings: Uniform Noise: 5% Monochrome not checked

22.? Preset Shape Tool Settings: Shape- Rectangle Retain Style not checked Anti-alias checked Create as vector checked Line style Solid Width 1.00
If you are using a version of PSP higher than 9, change Width to 1.20

23.? Draw rectangle just under your tube leaving some sides on the top, bottom, left, and right

24.? Objects-> Align-> Vert. Center in Canvas
?
25.? Layers-> Convert to Raster Layer
?
26.? Effects-> Texture Effects-> Blinds Settings same as above
?
27.? Effects-> Distortion Effects-> Wave Settings same as above
?
28.? Effects-> 3D Effects-> Drop Shadow Settings: Offset Vertical 0 Horizontal 0 Attributes Opacity 25 or your choice Blur 10 Color: black Shadow on new layer not checked

29.? Activate your bottom layer in the Layers Palette (your background)

30.? Preset Shape Tool Settings the same: Shape- Rectangle Retain Style not checked Anti-alias checked Create as vector checked Line style Solid Width 1.00

31.? Draw a rectangle under the first leaving?the same amount of space on all sides

32.? Layers-> Convert to Raster Layer
?
33.? Effects-> 3D Effects-> Drop Shadow Settings the same as above

34.? Activate the top layers in the Layers Palette (your tube)
?
35.? Effects-> 3D Effects-> Drop Shadow Settings: Offset Vertical 2 Horizontal 2 Attributes Opacity 25 or your choice Blur 10 Color: black Shadow on new layer not checked

*Optional* Move Tool-> Reposition the tube or rectangles more to your liking
?
36.? Add watermark, and any text, brushes, etc. ? 37.? Layers-> Merge-> Merge All (Flatten) ? 38.? Export to a folder and finish in the Letter Creator
