You should just be able to flash a micro-SD card (16GB or larger) with the HamIQ image using Balena Etcher, insert it into the Quadra, and plug in your monitor, keyboard, mouse and the power

moving swap to sdcard
while I was working on something else it popped into my mind that after things are all setup and running it may be wise to point swap to a sdcard to keep wear off the EMMC I have not seen them hit

having USB connection troubles ?
unless you are using a braille display # sudo apt remove brltty it seems to mess with trying to keep USB devices connected also have found the USB ports on the Quadra to be lacking in current handling
