months with Katharine Hazel BOLTON age 1 year.?
The photograph appears to have been taken some time between 1908 and
1924.? Based on limited research I was
able to gather the following information regarding these children and their

Hazel BOLTON was b. 11 Dec 1921 in Shell Rock, IA to parents John Arthur BOLTON
(1898-1971) and Edna Gertrude HANNER (1896-1961) who were married 14 Aug 1919
in Shell Rock, IA.? Katherine was one of 7
children born to this couple including Donald A.; Katherine Hazel; June
Colleen; Baby Boy; Ronald Harold; Barbara Helen; and Darrell Dean BOLTON, all
born between 1920 and 1943.? Katherine’s
mother also had another child Earl Levern HILLMAN (1915-2008). Katherine married
Robert Emil NELSON (1914-2008) on 8 Nov 1944 in Waterloo, IA, and she died 17
Oct 1977 in Waterloo, IA and is buried in the Fairview Cemetery in Cedar Falls,
IA.

A. BOLTON was b. 8 Aug 1920 in Shell Rock, IA to the same parents and died 12
Nov 1932 in Shell Rock and is buried in the Riverside Cemetery in Shell Rock,
IA.
