How to handle user with a callsign change (new vanity sign)?

One of our club members just received a new vanity callsign. How do I handle this in HCOL?
?
Thanks.

For the moment, call sign chances must be handled by the HCO team via a Support Ticket.?

You don't, it's handled automatically. (as long as you're in the USA).

Ok, I'll give it a few days and wait for it to update.

If you want to email me (you don't have to open a ticket) the previous or current callsign, I can check it in the system.

Thanks Michael, but it looks like it did get updated automatically via the FCC process.

Well that's how it's supposed to work, every day we download updates to the fcc database (but because of how the FCC works, they're always a day behind) and then we update our database to reflect changes.
