Create a skill, add the people you want to get the message to
that skill, send mass communication to that skill.

Thank you. However, that will send to the admin but not to all officers. Michel offered a solution to create a skill named "Officer" that one works.

Carolyn, ? I did a test send to Club Management and it did in fact go to the Officers and the other Admin for our club on HCOL. Bob, Carolyn is correct, (as was I), when someone sends an email
'to club management', it does not go to anything called
"officers", because "officers" has no meaning in the email.
Email to 'club management' goes to people that have the
"Administrator" security role as well as people who have
"Communications Manager" security role.? (this is documented in
the security role key.

Funny thing Michael, but all four officers of our club receive every email sent to club management as well as myself. Another member who has Administrator as Role also receives the emails. All four of your officers, *and more*
You, administrator
W5HAU, communications manager.
AB5ZJ, communications manager.
KG5RJU, communications manager.
AG5YM, communications manager
WE9N, communications manager
K5HTE, communications manager
KF5MGU, administrator.
Click "membership reporting" and "security role assignments",
sort by role.
As to why this happens, please read what I said:
"Email to 'club management' goes to people that have the
"Administrator" security role as well as people who have
"Communications Manager" security role.? (this is documented in
the security role key."
The system is working as documented, and receiving email has
nothing to do with club rank.
In fact, "club rank" doesn't do anything besides control what a
person sees when selecting the leftmost 'Club Roster' menu item.
believe it or not, I do know what I'm talking about, at least
occasionally,??
