what do boxes in schematic want to tell me?

Hi,
?
I am trying to fix an HP83732A. While studying the CLIP I was wondering what the information inside the rectangles marked in red mean.
I couldn't find any references in the manual. Can anybody enlighten me? Could this be stripline dimensions?

Harold beat me to it but here I go, anyway.
The transmission line behavior of the copper traces is an active part of the circuit.? The numbers are length and width in inches.

That's what I suspected. I find it odd though, that such details are disclosed to the public.

I would strongly suspect that it may be circuitry that is part of the circuit brd. such as a filter or other circuit. Some times they may indicate an encapsulated, micro circuit assy., or shielded circuit on a brd.

This is what the board looks like.
So, it must be those 50 Ohms tracks and stubs.
