HP Schottky Diode 1901-0533

Does anyone have data on HP part #1901-0533? ?It's a small-signal schottky diode, used in the 8016A. ?I've looked at several HP cross-ref guides online, but it isn't listed.

Good Morning,

Here is the data I have from the Purchased Parts Microfiche

1901-5033

Reverse Breakdown 10V

Min Carrier Life 100pS max

Hybrid Hot Carrier 250mW

IF1= 1mA @ Vf 0.41V

IF2=100mA @ Vf0.41V

Ir 100nA @ Vr 5V

BVr=10V @ Ir 10uA

Co=2pF

0.076dia X 0.170 long

Built by HP Semi (div 91)

HP Commercial pn 5082-5437

?

Amusing aside the internal cost was $0.90

?

Virus-free.

Thanks for the info. ?The Vf for IF=100mA doesn't look right; ?Could you double-check?

Fat finger and old farts disease, I did get the info for the 1901-0533.
The 100mA did look funny, but that would be abt. 40mW and it does make sense for a fed bias voltage drop

Regards,

?

Also I don’t know about that division number. As I was coming into Opto-Elec (div 11??) they were just moving into their new digs which was building 91 and 93 down in Santa Clara.

The way I heard it it had been Opto-Elec and Semiconductos in Bldg 11 and 12 (on Page Mill down from corporate) then they split that division up.

I measure 0.918V at 100mA, which is about the working current in the circuit. ?Unfortunately only have one diode, need two.

Not knowing the circuit if the two diodes are in parallel that might make sense. ?On the other hand .9V seems high for a silicon diode let alone a schottky, I thought those went more toward the .3 to .4 level
