It is from the NSN used by the military. They provide information for spare parts. It tells who made it, and alternate part numbers.
It would help, if you gave a model number, since it a 50 year old part.
Description:

Part Number:
1251-0135
Part Description:
Mod and Ser Nbr Reqd Connector-PC Edge 30-CONT 0.156-in Tuning Fork 0.063-in 1-ROW
Item Status:
Obsolete
Item Type:
Keysight Qualified Part
No models listed, and not available from Keysight.
I see a reference to the HP 333/334 distortion analyzers and several Army TMs but I'm not going to use a good chunk of my monthly data to download all of them.

It's the PCB connector used in the 5245L in most positions (except the rectifier board), single row of 15 fork shaped contacts, single row of 15 open loop shaped tabs on the back for soldering wires & components, two mounting holes built in for chassis mounting, 0.156" (3.96mm) pitch.
See pictures attached, I can't read any part numbers from the topside, can't turn it upside down as I'm working on this at the moment with lots of parts removed to access the decimal point board.

The 05245-9044 manual has the part numbers in section IV.
Many boards in that model are used in other counters of that era.? I have several, but they are buried in my shop where I can't reach them due to health issues.
The 5248 is quite similar,

An EDAC 356-015-500-102 Should do the job. Just check the mounting hole dimensions.

Available from Mouser, digikey etc for around $15
