Newly this error appears.
Does somebody has a reliable source for spare YIG.
In may vna is a 5086-7718 mounted.

Hi Peter,
Honestly, for sure I'm not. The last time the same problems arose, I finally had to have the YTO repaired.

Now I would have a replacement here in case of a case.

A number of things can go wrong.? I suggest you start by going through the troubleshooting procedures in the manual.

Hi Peter,

I did check many things and all did look fine.
But still error.
Then I went thru the steps on p295 and p296 in this document:

and now the 8753B show no more errors.
Controller did proably lost the constants.
You were correct!
