It's got schematics, parts list and about 45 pages of "Perfoemance Check, Maintenance and? Adjustment Procedure". That might be enough.

I did find that w140 page but for some reason did not notice the links for the PDFs there.

On the right hand side, under the photo of the plugin, is a frame that says "Manuals". There are 3 pdfs listed there. You might want all 3 but the one listed as "Tektronix SG 5010 Manual" is the one I was looking at.
