Large assortment of H-P parts available
I am the Chairman of the Board of the vintageTEK Museum. Our focus is, of course, on Tektronix equipment, but we have received a large donation of H-P replacement parts from a cal lab that closed down, and we'd like to make them available to H-P enthusiasts. All parts have H-P part numbers of the form nnnn-nnnn. Other than visually determining what they are, we have no reference materials that tell us what instrument(s) a given part goes into. We're in the process of inventorying the parts and when that is done we will post it on the vintageTEK website and post a link here. In the meantime, if anyone is looking for a particular part, or has any reference material that would be of help, please reply or contact us at the Museum.

Hi,
Thank you for the offer. It's not perfect, but the Keysight "find a part" allows you to input a part number, and it gives you a list of instruments it is used in. Also the first part of the number, often indicates the instrument, if it is specific to one instrument. If you have any of these parts, needed to add option 001 to one of my LCR meters, I would be interested Dave (group owner) |

Bob,
You can find detailed lists of HP components by part number here:? ?
Because many of us who work on repairing/restoring/upgrading HP equipment are aware of this resource, simply posting an inventory of parts by HP part number in a searchable .xls or .pdf file should be sufficient. Looking forward to seeing the inventory.?

I've uploaded an inventory of what we've found so far. The list is shorter than we thought. More parts may be uncovered in the future.

Or you could download LibraOffice, OpenOffice or I expect any number of other programs. LibraOffice works well. |
