I just installed the replacement A3 board and the 8642B was not happy. Though the listing said the good used board came out of a 8642A but I assumed the matching part numbers would be more important. Instead of sending the A3 board back there appears to be 8 socketed chips that I wonder if I can try swapping, any suggestions?

And for anyone else who needs to replace their A3 board, the calibration data needs to be transferred using the A30 module or adverse operation will occur. Glad I did not return it yet.
