Frequency reference adjustment on E5070B?

I just went through performance verification tests on an E5070B and the
reference is off a bit. This unit has the high-stability (1E5) option.
I've spent the last half hour Googling and looking through documentation but
can't find how to adjust it; the service guide says that it is a "return to
service center" adjustment. I have rubidium and GPSDO's, along with sig
gens and counters locked to them, which should provide more than sufficient
accuracy for my needs. Any info or leads would be appreciated.

I think there's a piece of service software needed to adjust the E5070B. You may be able to find it on the 'net.
ISTR that the high-stability option for the HP/Agilent 8648B/C/D series is also called "1E5". It may be the same module. Service manual for the 8648X is available on the 'net. Maybe you have or can borrow an 8648.
Adjusting the module is done using a counter by turning the knobs on the front after changing a DIP switch on the back.
If it's the same 1E5 in your instrument, you may adjust it in an 8648, even taking into account slight differences that could be caused by differences in supply voltage by applying a small offset during adjustment.
