Re: new File called App notes

ANYTHING that is on the Keysight website and nowhere else needs to be archived ASAP. Lots of really useful stuff has already disappeared - much of it on agilent.com URL's. If they split Keysight up and the TE goes with the new brand AGAIN, we're screwed!

I've being trying to hunt down VXI stuff and it comes up on the Google, but points to web/ftp hosts that no longer exist. :^(

Really we need a copy of those on the Keysight website, but it is best not to distribute them if they are on the Keysight website.

Re: new File called App notes

Greetings,

Many of the HP ANs can be found here:

I have 100+ of these (including AN-1 and AN-2), but all paper.

It might be more efficient to fill in the holes on the above site.

I so remember?that event. I could not attend but did help out.

That said never heard anything more about what happened.

Manualsplus some weeks ahead did offer up manuals sort of discounted but the shipping was the catch. I grabbed some great manuals I had needed. Then the closure occurred.

Sad but thats the way all of the?manual houses?went.

Artek still has manuals as pdfs and thats helped me out often.

Good luck.

I think it might not be such a great idea to try to accumulate all of
those in the files section here. I don't have anywhere near all of HP's
app notes, but the ones I do have total half a gigabyte.

All of the app notes that have been recovered, at least as far as I
know, are available on the HP Memory Project web site, under Resources.

Re: new File called App notes

I think you are right on that Dave!? I *know* he knows about APP Notes.... I'm pretty sure he got a LOT of them a number of years ago when he helped me clean out my barn where I had literally hundreds of HP manuals that I rescued from when "the powers that be" decided to scrap our entire collection of manuals at the Dayton HP office (now quite a few years ago).? When we got word of it, Tom Holmes and I loaded both of our cars with them and made several trips to my place where at least I had some space to store them.? Couldn't stand to see them go to the dumpster, which is where they were headed for.
