I need ops , programing and service manuals for the title mentioned
items.

I will trade, buy, rent or paypostage to borrow..etc..what ever works
for you let me know
I have a fair number of HP manuals have access to more plus lots of
Tek stuff.

Welcome to the new hp_agilent_equipment group. As one of our first
posts, I am asking if anyone has a schematic for a HP 4328A
milliohmeter. After serving me for many years, this instrument
went "full scale" and will not respond to inputs on any range.
Any .pdf file would be appreciated to get me back and running again.
