Everett,
1) Right now my calendar is open on all of the suggested dates. But of course, it will not stay that way. Based on my experience with family, other hobbies etc I should avoid August. I think that mid-September to mid-October is probably the best for me. 2) I really want to go there for a week, not 4 days. Thus it might be best to select a timeframe that would allow that to happen. I'm assuming that the whole group would be interested in a week too. Or maybe 10 days would provide tourism and radio. 3) As I mentioned before, I have no interest in any specific contest but obviously contests put people on the air.? 4) Nancy thinks that she would like to go too.?

Re: 14-19 October; I might be in Curacao, or elsewhere in the Caribbean, for that next week anyway (CQWWDX 10/24-25). August 12-17 is out. Major NAQP team effort from TN is on the books already, this year and next.
All the other dates are likely OK but, like Joe, August can quickly turn into a “Family, etc." obligations period.
I’m thinking the?16 September – 21 September slot would work well. Extend it through the 25th or 26th maybe? Lynn will definitely be in attendance as well as a ’non-operator’.

Another bonus to the mid-September dates that Mac suggested is school will be in session so less tourists, fall color will be out, and airfares should be cheaper.

These are the dates we're considering.? I checked with Ken and they ARE available. Peter is on holiday. Once we've heard from him I'll set these dates (if everyone agrees) with Ken and provide the $400 deposit to hold them. I suggest we divide the DX Lodge cost by 4 to arrive at each ham's cost since that is the way Ken derives the fee. All other group costs should be divided by 7 and apportioned accordingly. There are several air options (and road travel option).? This is a lower airfare time for flights into Charlottetown on Air Canada.? Flights into Newark and Boston are lower in this period this year (likely next too).?? There are seven of us in the group (4 hams and 3 wives).? We'll need a larger rental vehicle or two standard cars. If anyone in our group decides to drive to PEI, we'll include that vehicle in the plan. On we go... Everett W6ABM

Ev, the dates look good to me. Nancy is smiling! Agreed that the DX lodge fees should be divided by 4 as fees are only for operators. I'm not sure what fees would be divided by 7 except food and rental cars. As on our previous DXpeditions I suggest that alcohol, and personal food items be personal expenses not communal expenses.
