Mac and Joe have opened a conversation about contests. Here are contests during our stay at PEI DX LODGE. I put in bold those that look interesting.? Any you'd like to bold? For the ILLW event I will probably just play part time from the field at a lighthouse somewhere. Not sure which one (or two) yet, but probably one on the southern coast. Probably do a swing by to say “Hello" at the VY2PLH event. For the NAQP I may operate from the field as a QRP station since it runs during the ILLW event. The other events (Hawaii, Kansas, Ohio QSO Parties and W/VE Islands), who knows. Depends on WX and whether I want power or am happy with QRP. All the above may be influenced by the desires of the ‘ladies in the house’ as well. I will have a semi-final list of my kit out shortly. Mac
