I believe that would be 9:00 am ?(29 April) for Peter in New Zealand. PEI TRIP MEETING AGENDA April 28/29, 2021.?? 1.? PEI DXpedition dates are 18 August - 6 September 2021.? We are 20 weeks out. ?2. We have two items that aren't determined:? ? ? ?A) Canada-US Border status;? ? ? ?B) Airline requirements in a Covid era. 3.? Immunizations are complete for stateside participants. Peter's vaccination schedule isn't known yet, but he will ? ? ?need?proof of vaccination to enter Canada.??What are Covid-19 variants going to add to all our travel plans?? ? ? ? ? ? ?What will New Zealand require to travel? 4.? ?Everett will report on conversations with Ken about 2021 and 2022 options.? ? 5.? ?If going to PEI becomes unlikely this year, what alternatives might we consider?? ?? ? ? ? ?A. West Coast of the US operation? Plenty of opportunities along the US West coast.? ? ? ? ? - Joe andNancy have discussed this possibility, They have two guest bedrooms and can accommodate ? ? ? ? ? ?Mac/Lynne and?Peter. Mac - WT4BT All Messages By This Member #178 Ev, another topic for discussion and/or thought: Even if the Canadian border opens for us, what will be the local situation concerning being “out and about”? Festivals (the Cellidh, Seafood Fest, etc.) and shows (Anne of Green Gables, etc.)? Other entertainment (pubs and/or local things-to-do)? Restaurants, will we be able to eat out at will? Or will we have to fight the locals at the grocers and fish-mongers? Mac/WT4BT
