zOS shutdown in Hyperion

TO START SHUTSYS WITH JOBNAME SHUTSYS. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?19.27.49 STC02511 ?IEFC452I SHUTSYS - JOB NOT RUN - JCL ERROR ? ? ? ? ? ?? ? ?19.27.49 ? ? ? ? ? IEE122I START COMMAND JCL ERROR ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? I must be doing something wrong with. Any suggestions? ? Thanks
