NOTAUTH abend in CICS with VSAM

I created a VSAM KSDS dataset and i can read and write it in batch, if i try the same on CICS (EXEC COMMANDS) i get a misterious NOTAUTH error, even with CECI transaction in CICS. There is very little on Google about it, does it ring a bell to you? Can someone point me to the right direction? ? Thanks in advance.

You will need to allow access via CECI (Transaction name) and applications you will access it via.?
