Cambridge Monitor System (CMS) from CP-67 [email protected]
IBM CP-67 Cambridge Monitor System (CMS) that ran on the IBM System/360 model 67, either on a bare S/360 machine or under the Control Program (CP) component of CP-67, the original IBM "virtual machine" operating system that ran only on the IBM 360 model 67.
CMS67 can also run under VM/370 Rel. 6 CP, on Hercules-390, or on the SIMH IBM360 simulator in 370 mode.
NOTE: because this mailing list does not have a Wiki or "Files" area, we will most likely post materials in the H390-VM list, since CMS67 needs to run under VM/370 CP anyway.? Also, there is likely far more interest and overlap with many users who are already signed-up on that list.
A "ready to run" copy of CMS from CP-67 (CMS67) is now provided with the latest VM/370 Community Edition. See ?for details, and download it from here:
