You may have come across versions of this news but in case, see below. The rendering is AI generated and very incorrect. I believe this is a round 2 (possibly 3) attempt at developing this property so I don't think we could hold our breath.?
H street doesn't seem to have a curated terminus with the exception of a busy/chaotic "starburst" intersection. I would be curious how a development like this could support positive growth for H street.
 

I've got to hand it to the AI, those traffic speed lines are a perfect depiction of how people drive on H st / Benning road.??
