Note: This group is operated by volunteers; it is not officially affiliated with 开云体育 in any way, and has no administrative access to any group other than this particular group.
If you have questions about using or running email groups hosted on groups.io, we just "might" be able to help you. The word, "might" is in quotation marks because you should not expect a response if you ask a question that is unrelated to either using or owning a groups.io group. We have several members here who have extensive experience in running groups.io groups, so it is likely that one or more of them have experienced just about any problem or concerns that any member/group owner might have.
All you need do to obtain help is just ask the group:
1- First, join this group if you're not already a group member (join this group by going to /g/Group_Help and click on the Join This Group button or alternatively send a blank email to [email protected] .
2- Then post your question to the group as a New Topic or send it using email to [email protected]
Please, do not send your question to the group owners as they just handle the group admin stuff, the group itself is where all the knowledgeable folks participate, only contact the owners if your question has to do with your membership in this group.
We intend on keeping this group unmoderated so that messages will go through to the group immediately. That way, conversations can take place at all hours of the day or night, with no delays.
In exchange for that, all members must realize that an off-color message could possibly go through at any time.
If that would happen, just ignore it, do not respond to it, do not report it, there are several moderators and one of them will take care of it by placing that member on moderated status or by banning that member.Mon, 22 Sep 2014 11:24:43 -0700Re: Photos in Email are Resized... Despite Setting??

I assume you're making those changes in the subgroup's Settings
page***, so to make this a bit less tedious, use a URL trick.聽 The
URL will be in this format, https://<i>maingroupname</i>.groups.io/g/<i>subgroupname</i>/settings,
so after making whatever changes in the settings for the first
subgroup and clicking on <i>Update,</i> don't navigate anywhere but
instead substitute the current subgroup in the URL with the name of
the next subgroup and press Enter.聽 That will save you the time and
mouse clicks to navigate to the next subgroup's settings page since
it will take you there directly.<br/>
<br/>
*** but the same URL trick can be used in other pages as well, like
.../hashtags for example.<br/>
<br/>
You could go even further if you find yourself doing this often
until group things/settings/etc get finalized more-or-less, you may
want to create temporary bookmarks for now to save you changing the
subgroupname in the URL.<br/>
<br/>
You could also create a #suggestion in the <a href="https://beta.groups.io/g/main" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">beta</a> group, that's where
we interact with the site developers.<br/>

Peculiar, but not too surprising. To the best of my knowledge - as Malcolm inferred - there is no internet standard for "conversations." In GMail, all you can do is turn them on and off, and Yahoo Mail seems to be the same (<a href="https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN36680.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN36680.html</a>).</div>
