Although Mailman supports it for its archive, I'm not aware of anyFWIW, Yahoo Groups does support it. Or at least did last time I tested it. Which is getting to be a few years ago now... Indeed yes; the Yahoo group did support X-No-Archive and one of our group members is disappointed that now we have migrated Groups.io doesn't support it.
