When should I be concerned? #howlong

I've seen this since Friday. ?

When should I start worrying?

Rich -- According to , he is letting transfers stack up differently now; they will begin to collect in the queue at the stage you're currently at, rather than at the "accept the transfer agent's invitation" stage. Those details are in the next-to-last paragraph of the message.

Be advised that in the past the transfer queue has sometimes been as deep as two weeks or more.

When should I start worrying?
Seems to me that you already have.? :-)? ?But all glib remarks aside -- and if it eases your mind at all -- I don't see anything in your screenshot to suggest that anything is amiss. If you want priority on your transfer you can always pony up the extra $200 (ouch...did I really say that?).

Bruce

As long as systematically we are good, I am satisfied.? I'm not worrying at this point, I'm just... curious.?? :D

I am running interference on eager beavers creating their own IDs on GIO.? I just wanted to have some plausibility if I got pushback on asking them to delete their IDs here (I don't feel like trying to merge IDs.)

We thankfully have some generous contributors that have -er- contributed so I wasn't stuck for the fee, plus late in the game we got a corporate sponsor who agreed to underwriting the original fee.? Haven't yet told him of the 100% increase, nor about the 100% grease that's available for the wheels.?? Those will be discussions for after the group is up and running.

?
That grease is only applicable during the transfer, so no need to be too concerned about it.? As far as I can tell, normal priority for the support queue is:
1.? Enterprise groups
2.? Premium groups
3.? Basic groups
4.? Everything else
Mark did mention one time that general help should be handled by groups like GMF and that support should only be used for bugs.

I do not consider this a support issue.?? I would feel differently if every group were up and running with no problems, and I was still waiting for my dance partner with my top hat in my hand, but this is uncharted territory for you guys.

I think this is a good opportunity to mention this.? The GMF group is an unofficial support group for the site.? As far as we know, no one from Groups.io management monitors anything here.? We're a user-to-user group that has learned how things work, just like any new member should.? Some of us have been here since almost the beginning.? We've been able to learn things as they're added or changed, so it's been a gradual process for us.? For folks new to the site, things can seem a bit overwhelming with all the improvements that have been made and the options that are available.
