My account with groups.io is with this email address, which is my personal address.? I am now creating all the groups we need to switch to groups.io - there are 23 of them - they need to be with my work email address.? Short of subscribing myself with my work email and then going no mail with my personal one, is there any way to have two emails associated with one account where you can choose which one to use for any one list?

No. Nor can you be logged in under more than one email address using the same device/browser.

However, you can subscribe both addresses to the same group and set one of them to No Email. That might be your best option.
