Is there a way to limit how many posts a member can make in a day?

Google AI says there is:

Yes, on Groups.io, you can limit the number of posts a member can make by adjusting the group's "Message Policies" settings, which allows you to set restrictions like a maximum number of posts per day or a specific time period between posts.?
?
?
How to do it:
  • Access Group Settings: Go to your group's settings page on Groups.io.
  • Navigate to Message Policies: Within the settings, find the "Message Policies" section.
  • Set Limits: Here you can set rules like limiting the number of posts per day, requiring a certain amount of time between posts, or other moderation options.?

BUT I cannot find those controls.? This is in reference to a small 77 member free group.? We have a few people who can't seem to control themselves, worse get uncivil about it.? Don't want to deal with moderation
?

Google AI is plain wrong.? There is no feature like this.? The closest you can get is to moderate people that tend to get carried away.

Lots of detailed information can be found in the Owners Manual and Members Manual.

Some posting overrides are available on a person-by-person basis.?Limiting posts/day is not one of them.

You can determine your own rules for the group.?
If it's only a few folks why not just a warning from the owner, strike three then they are not allowed to post? (¡±Decision is solely at the discretion of the owner.¡±)

Thanks all;; that wasx what I expected but needed to confirm.? I find Google AI a PITA...I have to customize my interface to deprecate the AI crap.
