Deleting a single message from a conversation? #messages #moderation

How does a moderator or owner delete a single message from a conversation in the message archives?? I tried to delete one message and the only option it gave me was to delete the entire conversation.

Just under the message in question, click the More button/icon, then select Delete Message there.? You'll be asked to confirm your choice.

Hi Barry,

If you're a Moderator, you'll need the Owner to give you the correct privileges.? If you're the owner, you should see options like the following - I redacted the text :)

I am a moderator on this particular group. I am trying to delete a calendar event delete message that says the event was cancelled (because of a mistake I made) and re added the entry.

Barry -- Contact the group Owner and have him set you up with the "Edit Archives" privilege. Then you should be able to delete messages using the More drop-down that Pablo sent you a screenshot of.
