I think I remember an option when I first joined, to receive only the first message in each thread.?

I can't find anything now about how to set that option for myself.

Can anyone help me?

I don't see Advanced Preferences under Settings.

You can also just click the text Advanced Preferences (or any on any other section name) to expand it.

sorry - I was in the app and didn¡®t mention that. There you have to scroll to see ?advanced preferences¡°.?
