Can't figure out how to get rid of NC (not confirmed)

Hello,
I've started a group and for some reason, despite my approving some people, a few of them show up with a pink NC next to their names...not confirmed. But I've approved them and have no limits on their posting. Anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you!

I searched past posts and found my answer. The NC people have not yet replied to the email verification link, apparently. Thx!

Tami; I'm glad you have found the answer.

However... a small point of order; you answered your own question in another post (that's OK!) but you did it such a way that it didn't follow your original query, because you started a new topic simply by changing the subject line. As a result the question, and your own answer to it, appear as completely separate topics.

Now one of the group moderators may merge to the two threads, but even that may not provide a complete solution.?

Can I plead with you to try to avoid this in the future? Pleeese?

Chris

Yikes!!! What a mess...Sorry! I was having trouble figuring out how to reply to my own post and apparently failed miserably (insert blushing emoji here). You can go ahead and delete them.?

Tami -- Not to worry. I will merge the two threads. It's not that big of a deal.

Bruce?
