Sticky Wiki Page

Can someone please explain to me what a Sticky Wiki Page is and how they are used?

You can pick one wiki page to be displayed at the top of the messages list. It will display about three or four lines (I don't know or remember the exact amount of text) and then truncate to "read more," which takes the reader directly to the wiki page. I use it for rotating "tips" on my group and in general.

Where is the setting for this? I don't see anything on the Wiki page itself, or when editing one.

Yes, very last thing on the Settings page (for now anyway.)

It's in settings. Scroll down to wiki (it's alphabetical) and you'll find "sticky wiki"
