Members not receiving invitations #issue

I have a couple of people who say they are not receiving their group invitations.? They are from different providers, so it's not (say) a Hotmail issue or such.? ? ?
I'm working with the users to see if it might be in a spam folder or some other way misfiled - but thought I would ask the group if others have had instances of invitees saying they are not getting invitations. thanks - John Mc |

I'm having that same problem John, did you ever get an answer to your question? As a first check, click on the Sent Invitations button on the Invite page. If the Status is "Failed" the rest of the line will tell you why the invitee's service rejected the invitation. If the Status is "Sent" then the question is what did the invitee's email service do with the invitation. If not in the invitee's inbox, the most likely answer is delivered to the invitee's Spam folder (or Trash folder, depending on the invitee's settings). Possible but unlikely is that the service simply dropped the invitation into a black hole.
