How can I add my own "Guidelines" to the left column.
As owner, I would like to create:
1. Logistics of Using This MailingList
2. Rules and Regulations of the Group

I have temporarily added these kinds of guidelines in the Wiki, but would rather have in in the left column for Members to use.
