In the drop down menu over the list of messages doesn’t keep my choice. I never want to see messages by topic but when I choose messages I just have to choose it again the next time.

I miss messages by only seeing topics, and on none of my lists is the topic reliable or standardized.

I think you may have run into an ongoing complaint.? If you get to your group from the overview page, /groups, it will always go to Topic view because it's hard coded.? Any other method of getting there remembers which you had chosen.
