Sending cards to groups.io

Is there a problem with sending ecards to groups.io?? I just sent two from Jacquie Lawson

to my two groups but they have not materialised ¨C I wondered why ¨C they go through to Yahoo

groups with no problem.? I just wanted to send greetings to my members.

Probably...if they arrive from an email address that is not subscribed to the group. Open your activity log (Admin>Activity) and check for an entry saying something to the effect of "Non-member noname (at) jacquielawson (dot) com attempted to send message "Happy Easter" via email

If you want to allow non-subscribers to post, there is a checkbox for that at Admin>Settings>Message Policies. Such messages will be moderated, so you will have to intercede to ensure they go through each time. The other option is to create an Email Integration...see?/g/GroupManagersForum/message/16068?for instructions.
