question on constant bouncing

Good Saturday friends

I was a bit concern about my account

Today I unbounced myself from all groups io groups.

?

I find it easy to do but this is the 3rd time in the last 2 months alone that I have been bouncing and I have no idea why so often.

Can someone shed a little light on what would have my account bounce so often?

Thanks,

Concern group owner/member

Certain email providers tend to bounce more than others, while some very rarely bounce.? Most of it depends on what's happening 'beneath the hood', so there's not much that an individual can do about it, other than changing providers.? There should be a technical explanation in your account of why it bounced, i.e. "550 5.1.0 66.175.222.12 blocked. Refer to Error Codes section at for more information. AUP#CDRBL", but it can take some detective work to decipher it.? Each email service will have their own descriptions of the codes.

Sugar,

Can someone shed a little light on what would have my account bounce
so often?
The only clue we would have would come from the response given by your email service when they rejected messages from Groups.io. As it happens there are no bounce reports in your subscription to GMF so I can't tell what might be going on.

You should be able to get a more comprehensive picture (encompassing all of your group subscriptions) in your Account pages. Go to your Account (from the menu under your name in the upper right) then click onto the "Recent Bounces" page.

The text in the third column ("Reason") will tell you what your email service had to say. If you need help understanding it, feel free to copy/paste it to us. The top (most recent) bounce should be the most relevant to your recent experience.

Hello sugar, I'm sure that it's more than likely because you receive a lot of email from a lot of different places, and and can cause your Gramps I owe account to bounce. If you have a lot of email in your inbox.
