So I just created a group, and was wondering, if someone sent a email through the help email, or the unsubscribe or subscribe emails, how do I receive them? Is there a way I can add the emails to my phone? Or do I have to log in and check them that way?

The +help address is an automated reply and you won't see anything from them.? For the others, you'll need to make sure to set your Subscription to send Notifications to you.
