Member directory
One of the members of a group that I am the owner of told me she can only see three pages of our member listing when she clicks on the Directory. Is that because I had chosen that only owners and moderators could see the member list when I set up the group? Are those three pages of members the members who set up their personal subscription to make public their profile to other members? I notice on another group where I am just a member (no moderator or owner privileges), I too am only able to see about 15 of the over 300 members when I click on the Directory.?

As such, a Subscriber will appear in the Directory only?if: -- (s)he creates a Profile and chooses to share it, or, -- the person viewing the Directory has Owner (or perhaps Moderator, haven't tested that) privileges.? If you want Subscribers to be able to see every other Subscriber in the group without forcing them to jump through the profile hoop, you must make the Members List visible. Annick,
I have made my member list available to my members now. So now I willKeep in mind that the group's Members list includes email addresses and other subscription info. Depending on the nature of your group that may or may not be appropriate. For example, I don't think I would ever open the Members list on a group with Open membership. The Directory only includes links to the members' profile (as Bruce described) and the profile only includes information that the member chose to put into it.
