How to attach a photo or file from the group?
Michael Rickey (AF6FB)
When composing a message, is there a way to insert or attach content from the Group's Photos and Files sections?
I haven't been able to find a way to do this yet. I would like this so I could have PDF instructions on the site for downloading and reference them with a link when responding to questions. It would also be nice to use the Photos section for images in my messages. Thanks in advance, Michael |

Right-click on it in your browser and select "copy link address" (Chrome, other browsers will have something similar). Then paste that into your email. If a link won't do and you want inline photos, that's more problematical.? Bruce |

Sorry, but it won't show for anyone who is not logged in as a member of the group you dragged it from.
Files and Photos stored in groups can't be shared publicly.

I just start my post and then go back and forth gathering links and coming back to my drafts folder to continue from wherever I left off. Not like back in Yahoo, where if you even so much as looked at another page, your draft message usually disappeared into thin air. ? -- Gerald Boutin |
