Members joining anew group, a reason?

 

Hello

My group has just been moved from Yahoo where when new members joined the group they needed to give a reason why they wanted to join

As a moderator I need to see this reason in order to approve them to the group

However I don't see this option here in the setup. Does it exist in settings somewhere?

I have 4 member notices that go out.. they are named Goodbye, Invite, Pending Subscription, Welcome

I have my message set to go out when someone tries to join.? It is in Settings, Member Notices, then I selected Pending Subscription.? Since my group is restricted, that message goes out before their approval.
