Group members profiles

maggie cooper #4048 My group has been running now since December 31st, and so far everyone is happy, but, there's always a but, why if they login are the members and myself prompted to re-write their profile bio. Unless they specifically want to amend their profile bio, I can't understand the necessity of this step.?
Frances All Messages By This Member #4066 Maggie, I see you haven't had an answer yet. Perhaps more detail will help. Can you try it again, writing down the steps you are taking and then tell us. And what page do you land up in? Can you send a screenshot?? For example, maybe you are clicking on Sign Up instead of Log In. It just sounds very mysterious! Cheers, Frances
maggie cooper #4090 Frances I ran through it again today, Logged in, all my groups were listed, there was a header, have attached screen shot, message had changed to photo missing, yesterday it read profile was missing. Today I just ignored it and opened my group's homepage, my profile bio and photo was still there..?
