That is I have to scroll the page, not the drop down list of filters. I haven&#39;t figured out exactly what set of actions cause this, but it happens from time to time. I&#39;ve tested each moderator permission that states it gives access to the member list and I always see the Apply button on the Filter page.聽 Have you tried a forced refresh on your browse?
